What makes ilko different?

We keep it simple: no fillers, no fluff—just the good stuff. Every ilko product is handmade in small batches with natural ingredients that nourish your skin and elevate your daily ritual.

Are your products all-natural?

Yes! We use high-quality natural ingredients—think jojoba oil, aloe vera, shea butter, and plant-based cleansers. No parabens, no phthalates, no weird stuff.

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not. We're proudly cruelty-free and always will be.

How should I store my products?

Since our products are made with natural ingredients and no synthetic preservatives, keep them in a cool away from direct sunlight. Use clean, dry hands or a spoon when scooping to keep them fresh longer.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use ilko?

We formulate with gentle, skin-loving ingredients, but everyone’s skin is unique. Always do a patch test first, and feel free to email us if you want help selecting the best products for your skin type.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. But if you don’t love Ilko as much as we do, email us at ilkoapothecary@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

When will my order ship?

We ship within 1–2 business days via USPS. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free on all orders over $75.
